The one everyone watches, and two that are Republic / Empire specific: I like the version linked below which puts them all in chronological order (they were originally released in reverse order, tracing the conflict backwards through time), and cuts in all 3 of the in-game cinematic trailers. In the leadup to the game's release, they put out a series of galactic history holovids that trace the history of the conflict between the Jedi and the Sith, leading right up to the start of the game. I've played off and on since shortly after launch, and still go back, re-subscribe, and roll new characters just to play the stories again from time-to-time. In terms of the actual gameplay, it is basically World of Warcraft with a Star Wars skin, but SWTOR is MUCH more story driven than WoW. The expansion content is worth playing through once at least. It is an MMO, so some of the content was originally group content only, but they have since added a 'story mode' version of those so people can play them solo if they want. These stories take you through all the planets, each of which have their own planetary story with a main story line and a bunch of optional side quests that are common to all of the classes of the same faction, but are different for Republic / Empire.

Each one has it's own class story with quests and story content specific to that class. The story content is where the game really shines, especially the first 3 chapters (the original base game) for each of the 8 available classes.
